Information we process

Name-based signup records your name, a salted password hash, the time and version of your beta and terms acknowledgment, and an internal account identifier. No email address is required for this signup. Existing invited accounts may retain their email address and invitation information. We also store profiles, classifications, competition results, goals, sharing permissions, account activity, and information you submit. Public competition data includes athlete names, marks, classifications, dates where known, and source attribution.

Why we use it

We use this information to check signup eligibility against stored results, automatically link the matching athlete and published history, authenticate you, maintain your workspace, calculate estimates, provide sharing you request, correct data, and protect the service. A matching public name does not verify identity. Never submit medical documents or sensitive information unnecessary for athletics results.

Cookies and security records

An HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out clears that browser session. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords; session tokens are also hashed in storage. Login rate limits use hashed name/account identifiers and network addresses. Security and administrative actions are logged. Hosting infrastructure processes network and request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Storage and sharing

Cloudflare Workers hosts the service and Cloudflare D1 stores application data. Authorized administrators can access records for support, security, and maintenance. Private workspaces are restricted by account permissions; people you grant access to can see shared information. Public profile settings can make profile information discoverable, and public source results remain public. This app does not provide an advertising-data sale or an email delivery service. External source links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Your choices and retention

You can review your profile, change sharing settings, export your workspace, and change your password in your account. Contact Tucker McCrady (@Tuckerm_07_99) to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion. We verify account ownership before acting. Account and workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service; security, audit, and backup records may remain as needed for security, recovery, or legal obligations. Closing an account does not remove independently published competition results from their original sources.

Forgotten passwords

Contact Tucker McCrady (@Tuckerm_07_99) for manual recovery. We do not email reset links and cannot retrieve your existing password. After verifying ownership, the administrator can replace it and revoke existing sessions.

Beta changes and questions

This is beta software. Data or calculations may be incomplete or incorrect, and no system can guarantee absolute security. We will date updated notices and call out material changes in the app. Contact the operator with privacy questions. See the Terms of Service.
