New signed-in dashboards begin private. Publishing is a separate owner-controlled choice; sharing uses named, revocable permissions.
Email and a valid beta key are required for private athlete dashboards. Signed-in data uses a protected account workspace with explicit privacy, provenance, and permission controls.

Private dashboards require a valid email-and-key login plus an active server-checked session. A submitted email alone never grants access.
The app uses a verified account email for access, but does not request exact birth dates, street addresses, or medical records.
Avoid unnecessary identifying information. A parent, guardian, or authorized coach should supervise data use where appropriate.
A name-only search finds possible published histories inside reviewed snapshots. The user must inspect and confirm the correct athlete before results are attached.
The explorer provides general information only. It cannot diagnose, determine eligibility, or assign an official sport class.
Filtered comparison positions are calculated from the reviewed results currently included. They are not official rankings, records, or qualifying decisions.
